Elaine Plotkin, 93, of Huntington Woods, Michigan, died after sunset on 25 February 2024. The Funeral was held at Ira Kaufman Chapel, 18325 W. 9 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075 on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Joshua Bennett officiated. The family of Elaine Plotkin will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, February 29 at the residence of Lowell and Mary Plotkin, 26328 Dundee Rd, Huntington Woods MI 48070. Family and friends will gather all day Wednesday and on Thursday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Religious Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Dr. Bernard Plotkin. Cherished mother of Madelyne (Dr. Norman) Markowitz, Joel Plotkin (Linda Bobrin), and Lowel (Mary) Plotkin. Adored grandmother of Samuel (Eliza) Plotkin and Hannah (fiance Gerald Norris) Plotkin. Treasured daughter of the late Sarah and the late Charles Berger. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
