Jodie Jacobs Bio

After a career in various roles in the human services field and helping others through life’s challenges, Jodie joined the Chapel’s staff in 2022 as a family funeral coordinator. “Coordinating the details while assuring everyone involved is part of the process is a vital part of my role at Ira Kaufman. Staying on top of all steps to ensure our families are comforted and feel cared for is of great importance to me and our team.”

Jodie and her husband, Josh, and their two daughters live in Farmington Hills. They continue their lifelong involvement in the Metro Detroit Jewish community.

Reflection: “I hear from families that during their hardest times, we made things easier. That warms my heart, and remains my priority for every funeral.”
