Shirley Jean Silverman, 96, of Oak Park, Michigan, died on 16 October 2024. The Funeral will be held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 20 October 2024 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Matthew Zerwekh and Cantor Rosalie Toubes will officiate. Interment at Hebrew Memorial Park, 33230 Gratiot Ave, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
The family of Shirley Jean Silverman will be gathering through the evening of Monday, October 21 at the residence of Vickie and David Edwards, 30395 Old Stream Court, Southfield MI 48076. Family and friends will be gathering on Sunday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Religious services will be held at 7:00 on Sunday and Monday evenings. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Maurice Silverman. Cherished mother of Vickie (David) Edwards and Helene (Fabian Franco) Silverman. Adoring grandmother of Michael (Candace Chappell) Edwards, Daniel Edwards, and Rolande Edwards. Loving sister of the late Albert (the late Marion) Lupiloff and the late Harold (the late Bess) Lupiloff. Devoted daughter of the late Luba and the late Morris Lupiloff. Also survived by dear friends Sharon and Gerry Corlin and their family, as well as other loving relatives and friends.
