Dr. Harris W. Mainster, 87, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 10 October 2024. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 13 October 2024 at 12:00 PM . Family members include: Beloved husband of 64 years of Phoebe Mainster. Cherished father of Arlene (Daniel) Holtzman, Jill (Craig) Menuck, Robin Mainster (z’l), and Sharon Mainster (z’l). Loving grandfather of Sebastian Mainster (z’l), Brandon Mainster, Sam and Joe Holtzman, Jamie, Miles, and Casie Menuck, and Harrison, Jessica, and Eli Menuck. Also survived by many loving family members, friends, and colleagues. He was and will forever be a legend, especially for so many impressive, generous deeds he did, and about which he never sought attention or recognition. Immediately following interment on Sunday, family and friends of Dr. Harris W. Mainster will gather for shiva at the residence, 5035 Ponvalley Rd, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48302, until 8:00 p.m. with religious services conducted at 7:00 p.m. Shiva will continue Monday and Tuesday with with religious services conducted at 7:00 p.m. It is suggested that those who wish to further honor the memory of Dr. Harris W.
