Janet Abramson Borson, 96, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 15 September 2024. The Funeral will be held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Sunday, 22 September 2024 at 10:00 AM . Rabbi Rachel Shere will officiate. Janet Borson, 96, of West Bloomfield, leaves a legacy of fierce loyalty and commitment to her family, love of travel and adventure, phenomenal taste in dress and house design, and fame as a master bridge player. Janet was the beloved wife of 46 years to the late Julius Abramson, and for 20 years to the late Dr. Fred Borson. She is survived by her children Jay (Joanna) Abramson and James (Donna Collova) Abramson and Debby (David Schwartz) Abramson, Dr. Robert Borson, Beth Borson, Dr. Richard (Carol) Borson, William (Suzanne) Borson, Gena Borson and Suzan (Dr. Jeffery) Yucht. Loving grandchildren, Joshua Abramson, Jacob (Olivia) Abramson, Jonathan Abramson, Julia Abramson, Lindsay Abramson, Dr. Ashley (Steven) Oney, Dr. Zachary (Dr. Erica) Abramson, Karley Abramson (Neil Weinberg), Cody Abramson, Lauren (Steven) Bloom, Adam Borson, Josh (Dr. Jenna) Borson, Jodi Borson, Allison Borson, Ilana (Eric) Thomsett, Melanie (Zachary) Bindler, Zachary Borson, Miles (Iris Van Doorn) Yucht, and Leo Yucht. Great-grandchildren are Stephanie, Lucas, Zoe, and Isaac Oney, Eliana, Amelie and Leander Abramson, Rovie and Milo Stadler, Eliza and Emerson Abramson, Parker and Asher Bloom, Ava and Levi Borson, Olivia Thomsett, and Leonard Bindler. Cherished brother Allan David Arfa, niece and nephew Jessica (Shimon) Rudnick and Benjamin (Laura) Arfa, and grandnephews Roland and Eric Rudnick and Silas Arfa. Janet was the mother to the late Jeffry Abramson, sister-in-law to the late Sandra Arfa and the grandmother of the late Jacob Borson.
