Richard Bruce Kepes
Richard Bruce Kepes, 78, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 22 August 2024. The Memorial Service was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 25 August 2024 at 10:30 AM . Rabbi Rachel Schere officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Family members include: Beloved husband of 53 years to Judy Kepes. Cherished father of Gabrielle (Jared) Messinger, Aubrey (David) Ellis, and Zachary Kepes. Treasured grandfather of Maverick and Mila Messinger and Ashtyn and Pierson Ellis. Loving brother of Susan (Frank) Lerner and Mamie Kakes. Loving brother-in-law of Warren (DeDe), Marcy (Jeff), Steve (Marilyn), and the proud uncle of Ruby (Yifat), Ian (Anne), and Avery Robinson as well as Tirzah (Lauren) Stein and Megan Kushner. Great-uncle to Yishai and Gil, and Jaxon. Dear son of the late Melvin and the late Inez Kepes. Also survived by many other loving family members, friends, and his fur baby, Lulu. Immediately following the service, family and friends will be gathering for a luncheon in The Shiva Center at Clover Hill Park Cemetery, 2425 E. 14 Mile Rd. in Birmingham until 1:30 p.m. Shiva will continue Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the residence of Davida and Warren Robinson, 26460 Woodlore Rd. in Franklin.
