Rhea Brody
Rhea Brody, 94, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 05 August 2024. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Wednesday, 07 August 2024 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff, Rabbi Aaron Starr, Hazzan David Propis and Hazzan Daniel Gross officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
Family members include: Beloved wife of 70 years of the late Robert "Bob" Brody. Cherished mother of Cathy (Jim) Deutchman, Jay (Susan) Brody, and Gerald (Lisa) Brody. Proud grandmother of Andrew Deutchman, Cara (Jason) Peterson, Stuart (Amy) Brody, Rachel Brody, Hillary (Benjamin) Anchill, Joshua Brody, Jacob Brody, and Tracy Walker. Adoring great-grandmother of Lillian, Evelyn, and Alexandra Brody, Samantha and Ariella Anchill, and Zachary Buvalic. Loving sister of the late Joseph (the late Suzanne) Orley and the late Graham Orley. Dear sister-in-law of Sally Orley. Devoted daughter of the late George and the late Celia Orley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, her loving and devoted caregivers, Hattie Webb, Cheryl Quildon, Isabel Cummings, and Candace DeLeon, as well as dear family friend, Bonnie Dellinger. Shiva will be held in two separate locations. Gerald and Jay and their families will be gathering at 3020 W. Ridge Court, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. Family and friends will be gathering on Wednesday immediately following the interment until 8:30 p.m.; on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. and on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Cathy and her family will be gathering at 26515 Scenic Drive, Franklin, MI 48025. Family and friends will be gathering on Wednesday immediately following the interment until 8:30- p.m., on Thursday 12:00-8:30 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00-6:00 p.m. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday and at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
