Hilda "Bunny" Cooper (nee Winshall), 90, died on 26 October 2023. The Funeral was held at Graveside at Clover Hill Park Cemetery, 2425 E. 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at 10:30 AM . Melanie Goldberg officiated. The family of Hilda "Bunny" Cooper (nee Winshall) will be gathering through the evening of Tuesday, October 31 at the residence of Liz and Brian Guz, 25701 River Drive, Franklin, Michigan MI 48025. Family and friends will be gathering following the interment service until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hilda “Bunny” Cooper (nee Winshall) was born on June 28, 1933 in Detroit. She attended the University of Michigan and became a special education teacher, a perfect fit for her kind and caring nature. She played tennis and bridge throughout most of her life. Bunny was active in politics and volunteered as an advocate for youth. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and loving caregivers. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Brian) Guz, Eve (Bruce) Agin, and Joanne Cooper; grandchildren, David, Lauren, Rachel, Matthew, Samantha, Veronica, Naomi; great-grandchild, Zachary; sister-in-law Susan Winshall. She was also preceded in death by brother Arnold Winshall, sister Evelyn Zeman, and grandson Michael Guz.
