Etta Zivian
Etta Zivian, 91, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 19 June 2023. The Funeral was held at GRAVESIDE on Wednesday, 21 June 2023 at 3:00 PM . Rabbi Steven Rubenstein officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Beth Abraham Cemetery.
Family members include: Cherished mother of Sara Zivian Zwickl and Tim Zwickl, Bruce A. Zivian and Dawn Peccatiello, and Robert J. and Debra Zivian. Proud grandmother of Joshua Zwickl and Sheri Rakusin, Becky Zwickl and Bill Storm, David Zwickl and Alyson Kirkpatrick, Daniel Zivian, and Matthew Zivian. Adoring GG of Julia and Ivy Zwickl, Kylie, Tony, and Brayden Storm, and Ellie and Pnina Zwickl. Loving sister of Anna and the late Miles Brasch, the late Clara and the late Irving Kurtzman, and the late Hershey Binder. Dear sister-in-law of Farla Binder. Devoted daughter of the late David and the late Polly Binder. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and caregivers. Etta was a respected teacher at Hillel Day School, an accomplished attorney, and an avid bridge player. The family of Etta Zivian will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, June 22 at the residence of Debra and Martin Darvick, 1150 Westwood Drive, Birmingham MI 48009. Family and friends will be gathering on Wednesday immediately following the interment and on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Religious services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Sara and Tim will continue Shiva through Monday evening at their residence, 19300 Eldridge, Southfield, MI 48076.
