Bernice Riskin, 95, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 15 February 2024. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 18 February 2024 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Jennifer Kaluzny officiated. Family members include: Beloved wife of 62 years to Al Riskin; cherished mother of Dr. Eric M. (Janis) Schiffer (Janis) and Evan (Julie) Riskin; adored grandmother of Sam (Johannah) Schiffer, Stefanie (Andrew) Werbler, Tomas Tourikis, Gillian Tourikis, Dimitri (Tatiana) Tourikis; loving great-grandmother of Isabella Tourikis and Dimitri Tourikis, Dahlia Schiffer, Jack Schiffer, Lyla Werbler, and Ruby Werbler; dear sister of Gerald (Gale) Weisman and sister-in-law of Phyllis Riskin; treasured daughter of the late Lottie and the late Samuel Weisman. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends will gather immediately following interment at Temple Israel, 5725 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Twp, MI 48323 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
