Samuel Gorlick, 92, of Clemmons, North Carolina, died on 3 July 2012.

The funeral was held at Graveside on Friday, 6 July 2012 at 11:00 AM .

Rabbi Marla Hornsten officiated. Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park.

Family members include:
Beloved Husband of the Late Rose Gorlick. Father of Janis (Wayne Asmus) Gorlick and Dennis (Monica) Gorlick. Grandfather of two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Eugene (Rose) Gorlick, Nathan Gorlick, and Boshie Garber.
